1. Basics
www.fansites.ws is a service of Denis Foos, hereinafter referred to as fansites.ws. Any service provided based on terms and conditions below. fansites.ws is entitled at any time to exclude users from service without notice and without giving a reason.

2. Availability
4fans is endeavoured to keep the service available permanently. But there is no entitlement for the availability of the service. Free service are provided purely on voluntary basis. There is no legal claim.

3. Rights and obligations of user
The fansites.ws internet service is free. A transfer of service to third party systems - in any form - is not allowed without the explicit permission. Links to the service of fansites.ws are allowed. So far the user made programs or program components available, this happens only for implementation of this agreement. The user receives a non-exclusive right from fansites.ws to use the programs and parts. The transfer of programs and program parts to third parties is not permitted. The concession expires with termination of license agreement. The user is responsible for the content that will be used on its usage data on the service of fansites.ws, and is responsible fansites.ws free from all third party claims. The user assures not to transmit any material that violates the rights of third parties or against the law. In particular, it is forbidden to the users to use the following service related to the usage of fansites.ws:

- Pornography or content intended only for adults,
- Gambling or lottery,
- Content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, libelous, defamatory or scandalous,
- Content of private informations about individuals without their consent,
- Content that violates trademarks, copyright or other intellectual property,
- Content that encourage others to commit criminal acts or acts that undermine the civil order, or otherwise violates any local, state or international laws.

The user mustn't interfere with the function of the service or attempt. If the user go against the conditions of use or there's a strong suspicion of violation, fansites.ws will suspend the websites and ban the participant from the service. The user may not provide service or parts parts of it for any, unless it is expressly permitted by fansites.ws. It is not allowed to abuse the webspace for warehousing, which are files that are available for download. The content of the websites created by users are not checked, or in any way censored before they appear on fansites.ws. User accounts that are not in use, can be cease after a while.

4. Limitation of Liability
fansites.ws not undertake guarantee for its service and support. The use of the service provided by fansites.ws is at your own risk. This refers especially to the functionality, availabilty and absence of viruses of the service and as well as damages caused by the use of programs, program components and scripts/applets. The user is liable for any use of the service performed by its user ID, in case of minors their parents are liable. The user therefore has to procure that its access can not be misused by third parties. fansites.ws providing the service how it is written down in our general terms without any express or implied warranties. fansites.ws is not liable for inadvertent disclosure, damage, or loss of transmitted, received or stored data of the systems of fansites.ws. fansites.ws assumes no liability for damages of any kind within the usage of the service or the impossibility or restrictions to the usage of the service in consequence of violation of warrantie. The user acknowledges expressly that the conditions of this provision also apply for third party deliveries.

5. Personal Data and Privacy
Requests of personal data of the user must be truthfully filled. The user agrees that its user data are stored electronically.

6. Advertising
The user expressly agrees that a banner/popup of third parties or the service of fansites.ws displays when the website will be accessed or can be placed by fansites.ws. The user expressly agrees that fansites.ws is permitted to send informations periodically via E-mail.

7. Final Provisions
Changes to these conditions must be available in written or electronic form. Notification of registered users takes place via e-mail or fax. fansites.ws publishes changes of these conditions on day of validity. By using the service after the date of publication, the user agrees to the changes. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any way affecting the validity or enforceability of any remaining provision of these terms and conditions of use. The relevant provision has to be replaced with a provision which serve the intended purpose. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid.
